Well looks like somebody is now a gym addict!! I absolutely love love love the gym! And for all of you wondering out there... YES I'M SORE!!! We have been going the past three mornings for two hours straight. We do about an hour of cardio and then the other hour is spent on arms, back, abs, and legs.. depending on what day it is. We are only going to go about four days a week monday thru wednesday and then on sundays. So for any of you wanted to get on some sort of workout or diet plan, this is the way to go. Oh and i suggest you have a partner, otherwise there will be those days that you just don't want to push yourself as hard as you should... and they will will be there to convince you to go ahead and go for it!! Well i'll let you know more about it later on down the road :)
